Snacks giant relocates to new offices in Reading
Snacks giant PepsiCo has moved its Reading base to a new town centre location.
The maker of Pepsi MAX and Walkers, Quaker oats, and Doritos has taken two floors at ONE Station Hill after moving from South Oak Way in Green Park on the outskirts of the town.
Around 650 staff have moved to the new 40,000 sq ft offices, which are directly opposite Reading railway station.
“The move to ONE Station Hill marks an exciting new chapter for PepsiCo UK, while reaffirming our commitment to Reading as our long-standing UK home,” said Jason Richards, general manager at PepsiCo UK & Ireland.
“The extensive modern facilities, both on the floors we’re now occupying and throughout the building, have enhanced the whole office experience for our colleagues and inspired more collaborative ways of working.
“The building’s sustainability credentials were also a key factor in our decision to relocate, as they reflect PepsiCo’s ambition to reduce our environmental impact as the business grows.”
