Savills relocates Bristol office to Dock House
International real estate advisor Savills has relocated its Bristol office into larger space to enable further expansion.
The firm has signed a new lease with landlord and developer V7 to occupy the entirety of Dock House totalling circa 12,000 sq ft – one of Bristol’s most prestigious office buildings – located on Welsh Back.
Savills relocated from its current premises on Queens Avenue into Dock House today (Monday).
Paddy Hales, head of Savills Bristol, said: “Our workplace is a reflection of our culture, ambition, and the calibre of talent we aim to attract and retain.
“Relocating to Dock House will assist us in our continued targets for growth of our excellent Bristol based service lines.
“The building’s quality, sustainability credentials, and central location make it an ideal environment for our team, and we’re excited to be moving into a space that supports both collaboration and innovation.”
