Motor manufacturer Genesis opens first UK headquarters in Berkshire
Motor manufacturer Genesis has opened its first UK headquarters in Berkshire, after taking a lease on 3,000 sq ft of office space at Lantern House in Maidenhead.
The Korean car company has signed a 10-year lease and will be the building’s first tenants. The deal was negotiated on behalf of Genesis by property consultant Kirkby Diamond.

Genesis is the luxury vehicle division of the South Korean motor manufacturer Hyundai. Spun out from the parent company in 2015 asa distinct brand, Genesis launched into the European market in 2021, but the brand is better known in the United States where it is the official sponsor of the NFL.
