A fresh face opens in Swindon’s Old Town

Dermatology practitioner The Mirabel Clinic has taken 1,000 sq ft of office space at Wood Street, Old Town in a deal brokered by Kilpatrick & Co.

The first floor space, above Youngs’ gift shop at 17 Wood Street, has been let to Dr Alison Brooks, a GP, member of the Royal College of Physicians, and of the British College of Aesthetic Medicine.

The Mirabel Clinic is a private clinic first established in 2006. Mirabel offer their clients specialist cosmetic dermatology, skin rejuvenation techniques, wrinkle relaxing injections, dermal filler injections IPL and laser treatments to help with acne, hair removal, wrinkles and age spots.

Daniel Pitt of Kilpatrick & Co said: “We are delighted that The Mirabel Clinic has taken up residency in 17 Wood Street.

“This is a unique, professional and experienced practice which offers its clients the highest of standards and service, and we believe their presence in Old Town will be of great benefit to the local area and business community.

“Of course with 17 Wood Street now let this means we currently have little commercial properties left available to let in Old Town Swindon and we are now on the lookout for more property to meet the increasing demand.”
