Marsh Farm Hotel goes onto market for £1.5 million
Marsh Farm Hotel in Royal Wootton Bassett, which went into administration last month, has been put on the market with a £1.5 million price tag.
The 48-bedroom hotel with corporate conference facilities, a beauty salon and restaurant, is being sold by Savills on behalf of insolvency firm Moorfields Corporate Recovery.
The hotel sits within two acres of land and is a popular wedding and function venue.
Gary Witham, hotels director at Savills, said: “This is an excellent opportunity to invest in an attractive hotel business which is also an established wedding and function venue, offering multiple income streams for potential owners.”
