Hanover House in Bristol welcomes LDA Design as its fourth new occupier
Independent creative consultancy LDA Design has taken the first floor at newly refurbished Hanover House in Bristol city centre, in a deal brokered by Colliers.
The design and planning consultancy occupier will lease the 3,255 sq ft open plan contemporary work space at Hanover House, which occupies a prominent location on Queen Charlotte Street, close to the historic Queen Square and floating harbour.
The building is close to local amenities on Baldwin Street, Cabot Circus Shopping centre and Temple Meads railway station.
James Preece, director in the National Offices team at Colliers, said the remaining ground and third floors of Hanover House were currently attracting strong interest from a range of companies seeking prime office space in central Bristol.
“Despite Grade A space in the city centre space continuing to be severely constrained, the recent state-of-the-art refurbishment at Hanover House has made it a target for companies seeking immediately available, quality accommodation, particularly attracting staff back into an attractive office and work environment now that the pandemic restrictions have been lifted.”
Clare Wilks of LDA Design said: “Moving to Hanover House is an exciting next step for LDA Design’s fast-growing Bristol studio.
“It’s a fantastic location for us to meet up with clients and it gives us the flexible space we need to support our highly collaborative way of working.”
Colliers advised the landlord as sole leasing agent on Hanover House.
