Designer Outlet put up for sale

Swindon’s Designer Outlet has been put up for sale by its owner Nuveen as part of a £600 million deal.

According to real estate website Property EU, global investment manager Nuveen is selling the Swindon shopping mall along with a similar outlet in Cheshire.

Commercial property experts Morgan Williams have been appointed to handle the sale.

The sites were developed by McArthur Glen over 20 years ago and acquired by Nuveen in 2008.
