Commercial property consultancy Myddelton & Major has won the title of Most Active Agency in Wiltshire for the third year running.
The Salisbury-based specialist successfully completed the treble when it received the coveted honour from Estates Gazette, the weekly and online ‘bible’ of the UK commercial property industry.
The firm claimed the hat-trick for the highest number of retail, office and industrial deals across the county over the past 12 months.
Partners Philip Holford, Dean Speer and Simon Lee, senior surveyor Rachael Ward and agency administrator Jody Williams are among the 12-strong commercial team who now have a third certificate to hang in their office.

More than 150 deals were completed by the team, covering some 250,000 sq ft of commercial space in Wiltshire.
Successful deals included new lettings at Minton House on the Minton Distribution Park in Amesbury and the sale of Enterprise House, Salisbury’s principal serviced office complex, on the Boathouse Meadow Business Park.
Myddelton Major acted for the Co-operative Group when it sold its former store in Amesbury to leading national builder McCarthy & Stone for 33 retirement apartments and retail space.
It has acted as agent in many new lettings and sales in locations across Wiltshire including Churchfields Industrial Estate, Salisbury, Solstice Park in Amesbury and Westbury Trading Estate.
Partners have also brought many new retailers into Salisbury and helped others to expand.
They include American Golf, Occasions Cards/Thorntons, Decorus Therapies, Amali Jules and instrument maker and restorer Charles Collis.
The success comes after growth for 2014 was upgraded from 2.7% to 3% by the Office for Budgetary Responsibility.
Unemployment has fallen by 115,000 to 1.96million, according to figures from the Office for National Statistics. It is the first time it has dropped below the 2million mark since 2008.
Independent chartered surveyors Myddelton & Major was established in High Street, Salisbury, in 1903. It provides advice on sales, lettings and acquisitions of commercial and residential property in central southern England.
Myddelton & Major also manages a substantial portfolio of commercial property for private, corporate and institutional clients across Wilshire, Hampshire and Somerset.
In addition, the company provides professional advice to landlords and tenants on rental reviews and lease renewals.
The company also has a very successful residential property department based in its offices in the High Street.
