Amdaris unveils redesigned Bristol HQ

Software delivery specialist Amdaris has unveiled its new redesigned office in the heart of Bristol after outgrowing its space.

As part of a seven-figure investment in its people, the team worked closely with workspace design company Interaction to recreate Amdaris’ HQ as an oasis of creativity and collaboration for its Bristol employees.

Amdaris, which employs close to 1,000 people across Europe and grew its year-on-year revenue by 94 per cent in 2022, conducted workshops with its UK-based employees to determine what matters most for individuals and teams.

Space for creativity, collaboration, and cutting-edge acoustics and lighting were identified as some of the key requirements, which have been incorporated within the new workspace.

The flexible new office in the landmark Aurora building – the £62 million development in Bristol’s Finzels Reach – features quiet working and collaborative spaces, as well as ad-hoc meeting areas and a wellbeing room for staff.

Amdaris will host a series of industry events in its exciting new purpose-built space. The events will provide an opportunity for leaders and IT professionals across the UK to come together to discuss digital transformation challenges and opportunities while networking with peers.

CEO Andy Rogers said: “Recent years have changed the way people interact with their workplace. Our vision has been to create a high-spec, progressive and modern office environment that works for everyone and also caters to our ambitious growth plans. This includes growing the Bristol office to 120 over the next couple of years.

“Interaction blew us away with their creativity and truly understood what we were looking to achieve with the new space. We collaborated closely with them to create our last workspace and they’ve surpassed our expectations once again this time around.”

Dieter Wood, managing director of Bath-based workplace design company Interaction, said: “We’re really proud to have delivered this flexible new workspace for one of the South West’s brightest and fastest-growing tech companies.

“We love a brief that allows us to pull out all the stops when it comes to both creativity and quality, and this was one of them. It’s a drop-dead beautiful space, filled with high-end finishes and thoughtful design details: the sort of project that comes about when we work with clients whose vision we share. We wish the team continued success in this fantastic new HQ.”
