Ciren IT joins forces with Thirdline
PC and Mac repair company Ciren IT has joined forces with Swindon-based communications company Thirdline.
The Cirencester firm will continue to offer specialist Apple and Microsoft computer and mobile handset repairs to the general public under the Thirdline banner, while business users can benefit from a range of IT solutions from support and cloud services to telecoms support and security and disaster recovery.
Thirdline acquired Ciren IT after the smaller company approached it, asking for help in providing specialist services for business clients. The company has now relocated from Beeches Road to new premises at Cripps Road.
“I found very quickly that clients required more than just a service; they required a complete offering that saved them time, money and developed the organisation in a competitive market,” says Jack Peploe, CEO of Thirdline.
“When I created Thirdline I based the foundation on great customer service, enabling me to expand in many various technology sectors while ensuring customer satisfaction was always achieved.
“I am able to now innovate and be different, covering all required avenues in technology such as IT, cloud and communications.”
At Thirdline all engineers – including senior managers – are either accredited Apple experts or Microsoft Certified Professionals. All of the support team are cross-platform experts and are able to support all environments including Windows, OSX or even Linux.
Thirdline currently provide authorised Apple repairs on all mobile devices in their Thirdline Lite branch at Cripps Road – on the approach to the busy Brewery car park – and are now able to provided qualified consultancy advice on Apple solutions to larger organisations.
The merger means that Thirdline is now able to offer Apple consultancy to business and home users in Swindon, North Wiltshire and the Cotswolds. Previously, the nearest Apple consultancy firm to customers in the area was in Bath.
