Business West heralds a summer of one-to-one business support sessions and workshops in Swindon
Ambitious business owners and entrepreneurs from Swindon are being offered the chance to book a one-to-one mentoring session with an experienced business adviser from Business West.
These sessions are suitable for anyone looking to start or grow a business, with advice available for all stages of the business lifecycle, whether you have questions about the initial planning stages and finance, to looking at ways to grow or how to start exporting.
“Businesses who book an hour-long session are also entitled to a consultation over the phone beforehand so that an action plan can be created ahead of meeting”, said Andrew Mercer, business adviser at Business West.
“This gives companies the chance to think about business-critical questions before we delve deeper into the advice and support we can offer.”
The mentoring sessions can help business owners to develop the skills they need to grow their business, manage their cash flow, develop self-confidence and increase productivity.
Dawn Smith, director of Briz Kidz Casting, said: “The support I received from my business adviser gave me the confidence to start my business and the practical advice I needed to get it right first time.”
One-to-one sessions will be held at Park House Business Centre in Swindon and can be booked via this link: www.businesswest.co.uk/start/business-startup-support
In addition to one-to-one support sessions, Business West will also be hosting regular workshops throughout the summer on topics including business planning, marketing strategy, and social media.
