Record-breaking Q1 revenue exceeds £8.5 million at Bristol tech firm

A Bristol tech firm has reported its best-ever financial results, finishing Q1 with revenue in excess of £8.5 million – representing growth of more than 60 per cent compared to the same quarter last year.

The Exacta Group is the driving force behind two industry-leading technology brands – Blackcore Technologies and Exacta Technologies – both based in Bristol.

Exacta Technologies makes the UK’s most unique, high-performance servers, while Blackcore Technologies provides high-performance and reliable overclocked servers that power electronic trading worldwide.

In addition to record revenues, the Exacta Group closed the quarter with its highest order intake to date. As it continues this upward trajectory, the Group expects to achieve record revenue by the end of H1 as growth continues into Q2.

David Osmond, CEO of the Exacta Group, said:“ This has been an exceptional start to the year and our best quarter to date.

“Delivering more than 60 per cent growth year‑on‑year in Q1 reflects both the strength of demand in the market and the incredible work of our team across the Group.

“Just as importantly, we’re exiting the quarter with a record order book, which gives us real confidence in the months ahead.

“Momentum is strong, execution is strong, and we’re well-positioned for continued growth through Q2 and beyond.”
