Benefits of staff volunteering schemes explored
The benefits of a staff volunteering scheme will be outlined at the biannual Involve Swindon Networking Event in July.
Keynote speaker Barbara Dunne, of MidCounties Co-operative, will explain how businesses reap a variety of benefits, including measurable increases in staff retention, increased staff motivation and skills development.
