Workplace wellbeing programme aims to get employees immersed in nature
Managers and team leaders in Wiltshire SMEs are being offered the chance to attend a free taster session on workplace wellbeing in Trowbridge.
In a session delivered by Wiltshire Wildlife Trust, bosses can find out how nature can improve mental health, productivity, and overall employee wellbeing.
The Wildlife Trust recently won £36,000 from the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, secured through Wiltshire Council, to deliver the Wild Workplaces programme.
Delegates can find out about further funded support offered through the scheme, including mental health first aid training and tailored wellbeing programmes.
The session will be held at the White Horse Enterprise Centre between 2pm and 4pm on Friday, September 6. For more information, or to book a place, visit https://www.wiltshirewildlife.org/wild-workplaces
