Grab a ‘fireside chat’ with investors at Wiltshire funding event

Wiltshire business owners are being given the chance to grab a ‘fireside chat’ with business investors at an event in October.

Swindon & Wiltshire Local Enterprise Partnership’s free Meet the Funder event will give entrepreneurs the opportunity to have a 1-2-1 meeting with an angel investor, a venture capitalist, and a broker.

Attending the event will be:

• Angel investor Hywel Rees, the former CEO of Leeds Bradford Airport, who now works as an early stage investor with UK start-ups.
• Venture capitalist Jack Redwood from YFM Equity Partners, and
• Dan Smith, director at South West Business Finance

Held in partnership with the British Business Bank, the event takes place from 10am until 2.30pm on Wednesday, October 16 at the Business Cyber Centre, Chippenham.
