Corporate lawyers from Thrings have completed the sale of telephony products and services provider and IP infrastructure specialists Ivocom Ltd to IT solutions and services company, GCC.

Ivocom Ltd, which was founded in Swindon in 2006 by a group of engineers from MessageLabs – now part of Symantec – delivers highly technical Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephony, CCTV and network expertise to customers across the UK and Europe.
