Osteopath opens doors in Hungerford, in Kilpatrick & Co deal
Health practitioner Laura Fishlock Osteopathy has moved into new premises off Hungerford High Street in a deal brokered by Swindon-based commercial property agent Kilpatrick & Co.
Unit 7 The Courtyard is a single storey unit of 302 sq ft with open plan area, kitchen and toilets overlooking Eliane café/restaurant and the outdoor seating area.
Laura Fishlock Osteopathy will open with a launch party from 1pm to 5pm on Saturday, May 14. Her services include sports massage, complex chronic injuries, headaches and shoulder pain.
Andrew Kilpatrick of Kilpatrick & Co said: “We wish Laura well with this venture and she will be bringing a new service to the town, helping local sportsmen and women, and with Lambourn close-by clients from the racing industry may find this a convenient stop-off for help and support.”
Unit 7 is the last property Kilpatrick & Co are marketing in Hungerford, but the agency has a shop available to let in Weavers Walk, Newbury of 819 sq ft available at an asking rent of £18,000 per annum.
