Global transport software company Trapeze Group relocates to Chippenham

Trapeze Group (UK), part of the largest IT company in Canada, Constellation Software, have relocated to Bewley House in the heart of Chippenham.

Specialists in creating software for transport logistics for the public sector, the company is part of a global group of companies advancing new technologies and innovations for people transportation.

Trapeze have taken the Brook 2,000 sq ft suite at Bewley House, a fully carbon neutral office in Chippenham on a 10 year lease.

As well as the offices eco and sustainability credentials they were also attracted to the location, being in close proximity with the station and town centre. Bewley House also benefits from a gated car park with EV charging points, covered bike storage and dedicated shower block on-site, with lockers, changing rooms and WC’s.

Lindsay Holdoway, managing director of HPH Commercial Property, said, “It is fantastic news that we have been able to attract a high profile tenant like Trapeze Group to Bewley House.

“We have spent a considerable amount of time and effort ensuring that lower energy consumption, reducing our carbon footprint and saving our occupiers money sits alongside high quality workspace.

“We are still seeing very strong demand for high quality town centre office space as more workers come back to the office post pandemic and want to be close to facilities such as shops, gyms and the station.

“Chippenham has already doubled in population in the last 30 years and with plans for several thousand new homes and the construction of the Eastern relief road over the next few years we can only see this demand increasing.”

Aaliyah Wood, office manager of Trapeze Group said: As a company we felt the carbon neutral and eco-credentials of the building along with its central location and facilities were key to our decision to move.

“HPH are a modern forward thinking landlord who have provided us with a fit for purpose workspace, suitable for modern working practices.”

The agents were James Gregory at Alder King and Huw Thomas at Huw Thomas Commercial.

HPH Commercial Property have one last office suite at Bewley House available, the 2,000 sq ft Arches suite which is self contained and fully refurbished.
