Gardner Leader receives Top Tier accolades in Legal 500 guide

Thames Valley law firm Gardner Leader has been awarded a host of top accolades in the prestigious 2023 Legal 500 guide to the best law firms in the UK, recognised for ‘shining above all with their approachable and friendly way of doing things’.

The firm received recommendations across eleven practice areas in the South East and South West, including its commercial, corporate, real estate, employment and property litigation teams, as well as being recommended as a Top Tier law firm in personal tax, trusts and probate.

Twenty-seven members of the Gardner Leader team received individual recognitions for their standout contributions including partners Christopher Felton, Alastair Goggins and Michelle Di Gioia described as ‘elite leading lawyers’.

Real estate senior associate Tim Blackman was named as a Rising Star and private client partner Niamh Minihane was highlighted for a second year as a Next Generation Partner.

For 33 years, the Legal 500 has been analysing the capabilities of law firms across the UK and worldwide, rating and recommending the best performing firms and solicitors in their practice areas.

Tim Blackman said of his commendation: “I feel fortunate to be part of a firm which gives me continuous development opportunities.

“Receiving a personal recommendation in this year’s guide is without doubt a reflection of the support I receive and the fantastic clients and contacts that I get to work with each and every day.

“I’m very flattered and grateful to those who have put forward kind comments about my work.”

This year’s success in the Legal 500 reflects the firm’s ongoing significant growth, including its merger with standout commercial, corporate and real estate solicitors, Clark Holt, in Swindon last year, cementing its position as one of the leading law firms in the Thames Valley.

Derek Rodgers, managing partner, said: “It’s fantastic to have so many members of the Gardner Leader team mentioned in this year’s Legal 500 guide.

“Being recognised by an independent source, and having our services and team members commended so highly, showcases the continued hard work of every member of the team and our dedication as a firm to offering our clients peace of mind and the very best service across all of our practice areas.”

The award-winning law firm offers services to both businesses and individuals and has offices across the Thames Valley, including Swindon, Newbury, Thatcham, Maidenhead, Windsor and London.
