Construction firm Beard achieves Investors in People gold standard for wellbeing
Construction firm Beard has achieved gold accreditation for wellbeing by Investors in People (IIP).
IIP assesses employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives and organisational culture and provides international accreditation to companies that place their employees at the heart of their purpose.
The Swindon-headquartered firm, which has an office in Bristol, was praised for its family-friendly policies, development opportunities, work/life balance, positive working relationships, and its values of Friendly, Efficient and Committed.
