Corporate lawyer joins Withy King

Withy King has strengthened its corporate and commercial law team in Wiltshire with a key hire.

Rishi Ladwa has joined Withy King’s Swindon office as an associate. He advises clients on a wide range of issues including acquisitions and disposals; LLP, partnership and shareholders’ agreements; company formations, re-organisations and share buy-backs; commercial contracts and terms of business.

He also has a proven track record in successfully advising directors whose businesses are experiencing financial difficulties or where there has been a breakdown in the relationships between business owners or business owners and their suppliers or customers.

Rishi works alongside Withy King’s corporate dispute resolution team who are experts in this area.

Commenting on his appointment, Rishi said: “I enjoy meeting with business owners to find out what matters to them and how I can help them reach their goals. It gives me great satisfaction knowing that I have supported and assisted my clients in achieving what they set out to do.
