Accountants count on new-look team
Swindon-based Banks, Chartered Accountants has strengthened its team to deal with an increasing amount of business.
Tracey Heath, PA to director Neil Elsden, steps into the newly created role of office manager while Shelly Hacker, PA to director Richard Mathews, becomes PA to both directors.
Claire Hunt, formerly a receptionist at the Stratton-based firm, has been made marketing and events co-ordinator. Part of Claire’s role will be to organise and run Banks’ popular free seminars and networking events.
“We needed to make these changes because Banks, as a firm, is getting bigger and busier,” said Richard. “
We’ve taken on more staff this year and the role of office manager, in particular, was essential to ensure everything continues to run smoothly.”
Claire added: “I have a marketing and events background, so I am really looking forward to the challenge of promoting Banks, including running the seminars, which always prove popular.”
The next event is a free professionals’ breakfast on Wednesday October 30, from 7.30 to 8.45am, at Banks’ offices in Vicarage Court, Ermin Street. To register email claire.hunt@banksca.co.uk or via the website www.banksca.co.uk
