Withy King seminar looks at changes to employment law
Recent changes to employment law will be going under the microscope at a Swindon seminar organised by solicitors Withy King.
Experts Lauren Harkin and Malcolm Gregory will be looking at overtime and holiday pay, following an Employment Appeal Tribunal Judgment in November 2014 confirming that workers who do regular compulsory overtime should have that overtime included in their holiday pay calculations.
New regulations came into force in January 2015 to limit the financial consequences of these new rules for employers.
The seminar will also look at the importance of managing absenteeism.
The free seminar will be held at Withy King’s Regent Circus office on Wednesday, March 18 from 5.15pm. To book a place email events@withyking.co.uk
