Key Ways to Protect your Business is the topic of a free seminar by corporate and commercial law experts from Withy King, which will be held at Hartham Park next month.
The breakfast seminar, which will run from 8.30am until 10am on Wednesday, November 5 will be split into two parts.
Richard White, a partner in employment law team, will discuss having watertight contracts and policies in place to safeguarding your business, protecting business information such as customer and client lists from your competitors, and the use and scope of restrictive covenants.
And James Worrall, a solicitor in the corporate & commercial team, will look at articles of association and shareholder agreements, the importance of trading on your standard terms and clauses to watch out for, and trade marks and confidentiality.
