Wiltshire’s greenest businesses honoured

Wiltshire’s greenest businesses have been honoured by the county’s Wildlife Trust.

At its sustainability breakfast on Tuesday, May 14 the Trust named the winners of the 2013 Corporate Green Awards.

The ceremony, which was attended by 90 green business leaders, was held at the STEAM Museum in Swindon, with the awards presented by Sarah Troughton, the Lord Lieutenant of Wiltshire.

Trust director Gary Mantle congratulated the winners, saying: “I was delighted that so many companies participated. It speaks well of the business community and its commitment to sustainable business.

“This year, I was particularly pleased that the Outstanding Achievement Award was awarded to Aspire Defence Capital Works.
