Trowbridge awards will recognise great customer service
They say your best salespeople are happy customers. And the clients of Trowbridge firms that provide outstanding customer service are being invited to nominate them for the Service Excellence Awards.
Now in their fifth year, the awards aim to recognise those businesses that go the extra mile to provide great customer service.
Organised by the Chamber of Commerce, there are four awards to be won: Retailer of the Year, sponsored by Pearson May Chartered Accountants, Service Provider of the Year, sponsored by Office Evolution Limited, Retail Employee of the Year, and Service Employee of the Year.
Any organisation in Trowbridge – from multinationals to entrepreneurs and sole traders – can enter, and there is no cost for doing so.
The business winners are being offered an £1,000 online and print advertising package from the Wiltshire Times, with a £500 cash prize for each of the individual winners.
