Seminar looks at selling a business
Selling a business is the subject of a free seminar from chartered accountants Banks.
Guest speakers at the seminar – which is being held on Wednesday, February 26 – include Ian Parker, of Henchards, and David Fawcus, of Fawcus Corporate.
Ian has 20 years’ experience with blue chip companies including four years as Customer Relations Director at Orange. For the past ten years he has been running his own company helping owners improve, grow and prepare to sell their businesses.
David is a highly experienced corporate finance lead advisor, working for clients along the M4 corridor for more than 20 years. Fawcus Corporate mainly work on exit assignments with SMEs. During 2012, David acted as corporate finance lead advisor on a private equity transaction that was awarded the UK/Italian cross border Deal of the Year by Acquisition International.
