RTS Group named as one of Best Companies to work for
Learning and development agency RTS Group is officially a great place to work, having been awarded once again a two-star accreditation by Best Companies.
The Chippenham-based firm received the accreditation from Best Companies, which assesses a business’s commitment to engaging, recognising and developing its people.
This is the second time RTS Group has achieved the two star accolade, having been awarded it first in 2012. The rating is based primarily on an extensive employee survey.
Malcolm Miller, managing director at RTS Group, which specialises in learning and development for customer-facing staff in the automotive sector, said: “I am delighted to have this accreditation again showing we are a great place to work; we work with clients in developing their people to be the best they can be and it is pleasing that we have had our own people focus recognised.”
Recently, RTS Group celebrated 25 years in business. Established in 1989, it now has more than 50 staff and some 200 associates. Its clients include brands such as Mazda, Toyota, Mercedes-Benz and Nissan, and it delivers learning and development programmes globally, including in Europe, the Middle East, South Africa and China.
Best Companies has been producing the accreditation standard since 2006 to acknowledge excellence in the workplace.
