Life after military service is the topic of Chamber breakfast
Life in work after the Army is the topic of conversation at the next Wessex Chambers Business Breakfast.
Former Sandhurst and Army officer Simon Roffey will be telling networkers how demobbed military personnel can bring skills and experience to any workforce.
Simon’s company, Artemis Partners, pairs employers with individuals leaving the armed forces.
“There can be common misconceptions about employing a service-leaver,” says Simon.
“The reality is that each applicant comes with an array of skills and training, they are team players but have the ability and desire to work independently. They can be relied upon to do a good job.”
The event takes place at The Bear Hotel, Devizes on Tuesday, September 23 from 7.30am until 9am. Attendance costs £14 for members and £17 for non-members.
