Law firm shows employers How to Win at an Employment Tribunal

Employment law experts from Withy King will be sharing the secrets of winning at an employment tribunal during a free seminar next week.

Malcolm Gregory and Lauren Harkin will present the seminar – How to Win at an Employment Tribunal – at Swindon College from 4.15pm until 6.45pm on Thursday, June 26.

Topics will include practical steps for businesses facing an employment tribunal claim, tactics which could help employers win at a tribunal, and practical solutions to help employers avoid employment claims in the first place.

The seminar is aimed at HR professionals, managers, senior managers and directors who have responsibility for staff issues.
