Thalassa Holdings to move to country pile near Warminster
Thalassa Holdings, which last year bought Bristol-based Go Science out of administration, is to move all of its UK operations to a new headquarters in Warminster.
Thalassa is a holding company registered in the British Virgin Islands, and has two operating subsidiaries in the energy services industry: WGP Group, focused on marine geophysical services in production enhancement, exploration and surveying and GO Science, which supplies mobile sensor grid services and products to oil and gas major customers in UK and overseas.
The group will lease premises at Eastleigh Court, a Grade II listed property formerly used as a regional administrate base by the National Trust.
Group chairman Duncan Soukup said: “The new campus has been chosen after an extensive search throughout the South West of England. We believe that the location and proximity to major transportation hubs will be key to attracting new staff and to maintaining the company’s growth over the coming years.”
