Experts team up for Property Forum
Property owners and investors can tap in to expert advice at the Smiths Gore property forum in Marlborough on Wednesday, June 25.
Solicitor Tim Hotchkiss from Awdry Bailey and Douglas, accountant Elsa Littlewood from Monahans and financial advisor Andy Tottman from Chilvester Finance will join estate agent Edward Hall in exploring the legal and financial aspects of buying to let, remortgaging, inheritance tax, and equity release.
The free forum will be held at the Marlborough High Street offices of Smiths Gore from 5pm until 7pm.
Mr Hall said: “Smiths Gore is all about service, both to our clients and to our community.
“This is a chance for members of the public to put their questions on property finance to a solicitor from Awdry Bailey and Douglas, an accountant from Monahans and a financial advisor from Chilvester Finance.
“These are local experts who are giving up their spare time and we hope that anyone with questions or doubts about the right course of action will grab the opportunity to find out more.”
