Businesswomen to swap the suits for capes and masks
Businesswomen are dispensing with suits and dressing as superheroes for the launch of the Women’s Business Club in Malmesbury tomorrow (Wednesday).
Franchise director Angela De Souza has added the twist to the event in a bid to raise money for Wiltshire Air Ambulance. The charity is attempting to raise £6,850 a day for seven days by asking supporters to dress as superheroes.
Women’s Business Club, which has its roots in Gloucestershire and South Wales, offers support and mentoring for women in business, along with networking opportunities. Membership costs from £125 per year.
The Malmesbury launch event will be held at The Kings Arms Hotel, High Street from 11am until 2pm. Tickets to the networking lunch cost £30. To book a place, log on to www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/malmesbury-womens-business-club-tickets-12076650587
