Businesses offered the chance to build connections
Business owners will have the opportunity to network, learn about new business opportunities and attend a programme of workshops next month, at the Building Business Connections Forum in Swindon.
Part of Global Entrepreneurship Week, the free business event will take place from 10am until 3pm on Thursday, November 20 at Blunsdon House Hotel.
The event has been created by Outset Swindon – the organisation helping Swindon people start-up new businesses in the town – to provide business owners and decision makers with an opportunity to meet new suppliers and network with Swindon’s growing business community.
The event’s keynote speaker is Neil Clough, 2013 finalist on The Apprentice, who has now built his own successful sales training and recruitment business.
There are also workshops on loan applications, crowdfunding, intellectual property and tips for small business owners.
The event is being funded by Swindon Borough Council, YTKO Group, and the European Regional Development Fund, and is supported by the Federation of Small Businesses.
