Business Village talk turns spotlight on business communication
A talk this week to Swindon networking group Business Village will focus on improving communication between work colleagues.
Justin York, who runs Oxford-based Rubicon Coaching, will look at how improving communication can better motivate people.
“To motivate teams or individuals we have to communicate with them in ways they understand,” said Justin. “So the talk is about how to effectively communicate and maintain motivation.”
Rubicon Coaching specialises in helping people who want to make a change, helping improve performance in teams or individuals, and helping promote better communications.
His presentation will be during the regular Business Village meeting, on Thursday February 5. Business Village meets each Thursday for breakfast and networking at The Campanile Hotel, on the Delta Business Park, from 7.30 to 9am.
