Business psychology explored at networking lunch
Business psychologist Jan de Jonge will be the guest speaker at tomorrow’s Wessex Chambers business lunch in Devizes.
Jan, the founder of People Business Psychology, will talk on the subject of The Psychology of Growing a Successful Business: How People Work.
The presentation will explore how to pick the best person for a job, keep staff engaged, part ways with under-performers, change staff behaviour and develop and retain employees.
